These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with AtlasDeve ("we," "us," or "our") regarding:

• Use of our website (atlasdeve.com)
• All custom development services we provide

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Development Services

• We create tailored solutions for clients. All deliverables are:
• 100% owned by you upon full payment
• Licensed to us for portfolio display (unless under NDA)

2. Client Commitments

• Provide clear requirements and timely feedback
• Secure rights to any assets/materials you share
• Designate a primary project contact

3. Financial Terms

• Payments: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon delivery
• Refunds: Available within 14 days for undelivered work

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect sensitive information shared during projects.

5. Limitations

• We’re not liable for:
• Third-party platform issues
• Delays caused by incomplete client materials
• Indirect/consequential damages

6. Termination

Projects may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

• You pay for completed work
• We deliver all finished materials
